Pre-New Year time
The new 2005 is just several hours away. So now is the time to say a couple of words about the already passing 2004. A little, quick and definitely not elaborative recap of the whole year.
Well, it was a strange year. Very strange. Not the best one, but also definitely not the worst one. Both in personal and professional terms I mean. In personal terms I had the chance to see my friends who are abroad for more time than the previous year and I spent some really great time. Also, I got new friends who really made time spent together a memorable thing. In addition to this, the girls in my life this year really sometime gave me a hard time, but I can’t deny that they also gave me lots of moments that I doubt I’ll ever forget.
Speaking of professional terms in my life this year, it was a hell of a year. Lots of work. I mean lots lots! Won’t elaborate more about it.
The University. Well, it’s been all the same I think since my freshman year and I don’t think it would change drastically in my junior year too! ;)
That’s the quick recap. In the eve of the new year I always make some resolutions that I set as goals in the next year. This year, as on the contrary to last year, my list of resolutions is bigger. I’ll keep it to myself so that at the end of the next year it would be just me who will know whether I would have fulfilled my resolutions. To name just one or two resolutions here, for the record, during 2005 I will a) stop smoking cigars b) get fixed decently my bike and start mountain biking again and c) start in an orderly fashion and routine my Chinese physical exercizes. Whether I will achieve these three (as well as the other resolutions on the list, not mentioned here – will see next year).
In here I would like to once again wish you all a very merry party time tonight while welcoming the New 2005! Let health, luck, happiness and love be with you. The other things – you can achieve them by yourself! :)
